1、概述 
　　数字化电厂是现代电力工业的一个主要发展方向。数据集成、综合优化应用、决策支持则是用户因应现代化管理，对控制系统的新需求。 
Ovation系统的多网络结构正是应这种需要而设计，能够通过核心交换机集成厂区内的多台机组DCS、公共系统、辅助控制系统等，实现数据映射、互锁操作、时间同步、数据集成等综合应用，能够支持操作人员在同一控制室里面对多台机组进行监视和操作，同时也简化了历史数据的采集和存储。 
2、多网络方案 
　　Ovation多网络架构就是利用一对冗余的核心交换机，对多个机组网络或者辅助控制系统网络实现互联，不仅支持快速以太网，还支持T1线路、帧中继、VPN通道等。每个网络之间可以通过路由器进行隔离，以确保各个网络的独立性和安全性。冗余的网络连接，支持故障自动切换，极大地提高了多网络的安全性。多网络结构为用户带来的好处有： 
　　更为灵活的操作性和安全性：只要具备足够的权限和功能设置，用户可以在网络内的任一台工作站上完成其他机组的监控功能。而多网络体系本身将处理这种复杂的安全操作限制。 
　　单一的工程控制中心：用户可以将全厂控制室缩减为一个控制中心，减少投资，也简化了与集团总部之间的网络联系。 
　　跨网络功能：通过多网络结构，用户能够拥有跨网络的全部工程师和操作员站功能。如果喜欢，用户可以将所有机组的报警或者监视画面统一显示到一台工作站上。 
　　支持不同版本的集成：对于Ovation系统，多网络架构支持不同的Ovation版本、不同的平台(Windows和Solaris)，甚至是不同的网络结构(快速以太网与FDDI)之间的集成。 
事实上，多网络架构主要应用于集成两类系统：远方Ovation系统，如公用系统或者脱硫系统等，和辅助控制系统。 
3、与远方Ovation系统的集成 
　　以两台机组加公用系统为例，两台单元机组配置独立的冗余网络设备，形成独立的LAN网；公用系统也配置独立的冗余网络设备，形成独立的公用系统。公用系统的控制器通过公用网络设备进行数据交换。 
　　在单元机组网络和公用系统网络上配置一对冗余的核心交换机，具有多层交换功能并具有路由功能，负责#1，#2机组及公用部分的数据交换，以形成多网络结构。在具体的实现上，可以采取如下两种方式： 
　　第一种是将公共网络的交换机直接连接到核心交换机上。这种连接的优点是公共网络和单元机组网络处于对等地位，公共网络易于扩展而形成一个功能丰富的公共系统。华能玉环电厂4×1000MW的网络就是采取这种方式，其公共系统涵盖了机组公用、电气公用段功能。
　　第二种是将公共网络的交换机连接到某台机组的根交换机上，如图2所示。这种连接方式的优点是直接将公用系统和单元机组相连，更便于从机组操作站上对公用系统进行操作。山东邹县电厂2×1000MW的公共网络就是采取这种方式
　　多网络结构中，从物理及网络定义上，公用系统点相当于远程网络点。具体的扫描方式与OVATION系统扫描第三方设备的信号点一样，即：第三方设备或系统点源于OVATION控制器，而由第三方的驱动程序进行更新，并通过OVATION控制器将第三方的点扫描到系统。对于公用系统，它就相当于一种远程Ovation网络，本地网络可通过以下途径完成远程网络的点扫描： 

　　生成设备驱动-生成序列号 
　　组态I/O设备-定义I/O Drive Type: EXTERNAL OVATION NETWORK 
　　扫描点-Register Mapping 
这样，公用系统的点就可以在本地网络中进行操作监控，包括画面显示。对于操作权限问题，可以通过软件连锁来完成，通常定义#1机组优先权*高，#2机组次之。连锁逻辑如下： 
　　#1机组可以直接操作 
　　#2机组必须经连锁逻辑确认#1机组没有操作，并进行控制权口令切换后，才能操作。 
4、与辅助控制系统PLC的集成 
　　在电厂中，除了单元机组的控制系统外，还有很多由PLC所组成的辅助控制系统，如输煤、化学水处理、除灰等系统。Ovation开放式结构提供了多种与PLC的集成方式，可以在 PLC上执行的对独立现场设备和过程逻辑的控制能力，也可以在 Ovation 系统中用于高级控制和支持信息通讯策略： 
　　数据链接卡(LC: Link controller)：提供两个RS-232/485串行口，支持MODBUS RTU和ASCII协议，能够同时传输命令和数据消息。采用两个数据链接卡，可以实现与PLC设备的冗余链接，确保通讯的安全可靠性。 
?? 控制器上的以太网端口：Ovation控制器提供多个以太网端口与第三方设备相连，如MODBUS/TCP、Allen-Bradley PLCs DF-1、Profibus、Foundation Fieldbus等设备。 
?? 交换机端口：与控制器的以太网端口使用方法类似，Ovation网络的交换机支持直接将第三方设备，如MODBUS/TCP、Allen-Bradley PLCs DF-1、Profibus、Foundation Fieldbus等设备。 
　　尤其Allen-Bradley PLC，可以和Ovation网络实现无缝集成，无需其它硬件或者模块可以进行直接互连，还可以使用Allen-Bradley 工具从 Ovation 工作站实现对 PLC 的组态。每个网络端口*多可以配置五个全负荷的PLC。 
5、厂级网络控制网络 
整个网络通过核心交换机，将两台单元机组网络、公共系统网络、FGD网络、辅助控制系统等都连接到一起。厂级控制网络实现了机组控制系统、公用系统、脱硫脱硝系统、辅助控制系统的连接。整个厂级控制网络采用支持第三层交换的冗余千兆快速以太网交换机构成核心交换系统，每个分支控制系统采用冗余的快速以太网交换机形成冗余配置；每个分支控制系统与核心交换机之间均采用冗余的双绞线或者光纤实现互连。但每个分支控制系统都占据独立的虚拟网段(VLAN: Virtual LAN)，未经路由设置无法进行跨网络相互访问。以上分支网络中，除1号机组DCS可以访问公共系统、2号机组DCS可以访问公共系统外，其余分支之间无法相互访问。这种虚拟网段设置的主要目的是保证各个分支控制系统之间不受干扰，保护各自的独立性。 
　　与SIS之间，则是通过各个OPC Server站和路由器相连。SIS网络不能直接与控制系统网络相连，以确保控制系统的安全性。
6、总结 
　　Ovation多网络结构是应用广泛、技术成熟的集成方案，为全厂控制系统集成提供了便利，使得系统间的集成监视和互操作成为可能，能够有效地节省控制室成本和人力成本，实现整个电厂的信息化和数字化，*终提高生产效益。 
　　Ovation多网络结构在电厂应用案例很多，从Ovation第一套多网络结构系统在内蒙古托克托电厂实施至今，几乎所有的多单元机组Ovation都采用了这种多网络结构，几乎所有的使用Ovation的华能系统电厂都集成了辅助控制系统。在越南的海防电厂2×300MW项目，我们采用多网络结构实现了全厂控制系统的一体化，即：整个辅助控制系统采用一套Ovation实现，并且与单元机组Ovation形成多网络结构。
