泰国，东南亚的工业枢纽

仅仅30余年的时间里，泰国全国，尤其是曼谷地区已然成为东南亚所有国家真正意义上的工业枢纽。

　　大量企业进驻这里，进行产品的生产与组装，随后行销至包括东南亚国家联盟（Association of Southeast Asia Nations）在内的所有市场以及其他地区的多个市场。

　　电气和电子设备，包括汽车设备，仅这几项便占据了泰国国家年出口量（2200亿美元）的一半。同时，本地生产的产品不必征收高额的进口税，正是这一点吸引到大型工业企业，以具有竞争力的成本进行制造与出售。


　　日企南下设厂

　　日本人可谓是此类工业化进程的鼻祖——1970年代，日本本土的生产成本大幅上涨，致使其中一部分企业不得不迁离，将工厂搬至泰国境内，这也令泰国得以发展其本土工业以及出口贸易。如今，在泰国国内有4500多家日本企业，几乎占据了泰国外企的半壁江山。据了解，有20万日本人在泰国常住，其中一半都生活在曼谷。这也是为何曼谷有专门为日本人而建的社区，同时，城市的不同服务行业也都有针对日本人的专用窗口，尤其是在提供健康检查的医院，因为对于日本企业的员工及其家属，这是必需的一个环节。

　　此外，电气及电子设备占据出口量的首位，2015年以540亿美元占出口总额的25%、国民生产总值的15%。换句话说，通常被认为是泰国经济支柱产业的旅游业仅占国民生产总值的11%，农业则为13%。这一切始于上世纪60年代电视机与收音机的组装。如今，泰国每年制造并出口超过6000万台家电，其中59%是空调（大金、三菱、富士通）。


　　东南亚的“底特律”

　　一部《泰囧》让更多人了解了泰国，很多人都只知道泰国是一个旅游业发达的国家，可能大家都不知道，在东盟10国中，泰国是*大的汽车生产国。所以泰国不是只有人妖，它的汽车工业实力同样不容小觑。

　　曼谷的东部沿海地区被称为“东南亚的底特律”。美国的“汽车城”底特律曾是许多大型汽车集团的总部所在地，如通用、福特和克莱斯勒。

　　泰国的汽车工业实力到底有多强呢？我们先看一组数据，2015年泰国乘用汽车生产量191万辆，商用车76万辆。全球排名12位（在中国，美国，日本，德国，韩国，印度，墨西哥，西班牙，巴西，加拿大，法国之后）是东盟国家中，汽车生产能力*强的国家。比马来西亚，越南，菲律宾三国的总和还多，而且常年位居东盟国家首位。

　　汽车行业的每一个大品牌都能在这里找到：丰田、本田、三菱、日产、通用、马自达、福特、宝马、奔驰。摩托车品牌亦然：杜卡迪、凯旋、本田、宝马、川崎、铃木、雅马哈。整个产业有超过2400家企业，雇佣超过50万名员工。

　　而随着时间的推移，生产线从零部件生产逐渐拓展到成品，整合了约20家制造厂家、分包商以及设备制造商。米其林，作为进驻泰国的第一家法国企业，约有职工人数7000人，以及不少于6个工厂。在此生产的是客车用轮胎——备用轮胎而非原配轮胎，以及卡车和飞机用轮胎，另外还生产模具、线缆以及天然橡胶混合产品等。德国企业博世（Bosch）在泰国有超过1000名员工，2家工厂，*近正在进行第3座工厂的建设工程。德尔福（Delphi）、佛吉亚（Faurecia）、固特异（Goodyear）、杜邦（DuPont）和法雷奥（Valeo）等公司也都在这里建有生产基地，其中法雷奥在泰国有5000多名员工。

　　在二战期间，日军占领东南亚各国，泰国甚至成为了日本在亚洲的轴心国盟友之一。二战之后，泰国成为日系厂商在亚洲的大后方之一，由于历史和政治的原因，泰国人比较喜欢日本货。2015年泰国客车市场前五大品牌皆为日系车款，市占率依序为Toyota（32.2%）、Honda（25.7%）、Mazda（9.2%）、Nissan（6.6%）、Suzuki（6.0%）。

　　由于泰国也是以OEM代工生产汽车为主，各大厂商看重的其实是泰国廉价的生产制造成本，因此泰国汽车出口量很大。2012年汽车出口量就达到了100万辆。2015年达到120多万辆。因此泰国产汽车的出口辆比内销要大。出口额也是持续增加，2016年汽车出口额达到5926亿泰铢（170亿美元），从2012年开始，泰国的*大出口商品就是汽车，目前汽车和汽车零部件出口额占总出口额的12%。主要的五大出口国家分别是澳大利亚，菲律宾，沙特阿拉伯，印度尼西亚，马来西亚。

　　当然，泰国的劳动力成本虽然很低，但是由于高端工业制造能力还是差一些。一些关键汽车零部件是需要进口的。由于日系厂商大多在泰国设厂，因此从日本进口的汽车零部件*多。并长期保持首位。其次从中国，美国进口的汽车零部件也不少。由于中国生产的零部件同样具有价格优势，泰国从中国进口汽车零部件的比重在增加。


　　泰国电子电机产业

　　泰国工业其他的突出表现，在于电子元件和集成电路的领域。

　　尽管泰国为各大品牌诸如富士通、LG、索尼、华硕、宏碁和三星组装产品，然而到目前为止，还没有任何一家企业在泰国制造智能手机的零部件。但泰国仍然是硬盘驱动器及存储单元的世界第二大制造国，仅次于中国。业界的两大巨头，西部数据（Western Digital）和希捷（Seagate），均在泰国国内有多个工厂。随着信息向数据中心以及云端的发展，推动了服务器对于硬盘的订单需求，因为大量的数据中心须装备成千上万个硬盘。由此造成的结果是，该市场预计将会有30%的年增长，这对于泰国而言显然是利好消息。

　　根据泰国工业院发布资料，2016年泰国电子产品出口将呈微幅成长态势，出口额介于327亿至335亿美元之间，与2015年比较相差无几。电子产品总体出口面临的主要压力因素包括：电脑产品如硬碟驱动器（HDD）是泰国电子产品出口的核心品项，虽然印刷电路板及车用积体电路出口前景仍然看销，但全球市场对电脑的整体需求仍趋衰退。

　　值得注意的是，泰国印刷电路板与车用积体电路仍有大幅成长机会，与汽车电子技术的发展趋势一致，目前泰国印刷电路板及积体电路的生产和汽车产业关系密切。


　　基础工业向高端航空航天产业转移

　　近年泰国的邻国如柬埔寨、老挝、缅甸和越南等，劳动力成本更低，也正在吸引着投资者与实业家。所以有些声音试图说服泰国将其*基础的制造产业向这些国家转移——例如机械部件的制造——并且将重点聚焦于具有更高附加值的市场，使其在保持竞争力的同时控制生产成本。

　　然而，若要提升自己的制造品质并非易事，因为泰国相对落后的教育系统难以培养出高层次人才，科技研发也十分有限。

　　在**的推动下，泰国工业生产现在正向航空航天领域扩展。亚洲的空中交通近些年也飞速发展，预计20年后，飞机架次将从2015年的5600架增长至14000架。泰国的目标是成为东南亚地区为飞机提供维护、设备检测与维修的一个必不可少的中央平台。在这一领域，泰国可以说是东南亚国家中走在*前列的。泰国**已经意识到，航空产业将会是其发展中的重要组成部分。
