■功能描述： 
TCU控制器可接受温度传感器（热电偶或RTD元件）的信号，准确地指示过程温度，并提供一个精确的输出控制信号来维持过程于期望的控制点，简易的综合设定可使控制器解决各种应用所需。 
对于加热和冷却，控制器可以PID控制方式工作，并带有自整定功能，PID整定常数可由操作员*优整定并锁定，控制器提供一个独有的抑制超调的特点，允许无过大超调的快速响应，单元可被调整为手动方式工作，提供操作员直接控制输出，控制器也可被编程以带有可调滞后值的ON/OFF控制方式来工作。双4位显示允许同时观察过程温度和设定点，前屏指示器告知操作员控制器和输出状态。可更换和可拆卸输出模块可被安装用于主控输出，报警输出和冷却输出。 
可选双路报警可被组态为按照带可调滞后值的各种方式触发，旁路特点在上电过程中抑制输出直至温度值稳定于报警区域之外。可选辅助输出提供增大控制精度和响应。 
可选择： 
线性4-20mA或0-10VDC输出信号可与执行器。图表记录仪，指示器或其他控制器相连，输出信号可被数字标定并安下述之一选择传输 ：%输出，过程温度值，过程温度值偏差或设定值，用于线性DC控制应用，可调输出要求抑制输出盲区和输出修正时间参数，以提高TCU的适应性，可选加热器电流监视器作为一个数字电流表用于加热器电流的监视。需要电流互感器组件当加热器或加热器控制设备故障时，报警输出可编程用以指示，以防止危害整个加工过程。 
加热器断线报警触发由下述两个条件决定： 
1．主输出（OP1）为“ON”，加热器电流低于加热器电流报警值，指示加热器老化或故障。 
2．输出（OP1）为“OFF”加热器电流超过报警值10%，指示加热器控制设备短路或其他问题。 
可选自动阀位指示器由使用两个输出（开和关）控制 电机旋转方向来直接控制阀位，电机位置决定阀开位置，两种控制方式可选： 
位置控制，使用滑线反馈信号支持位置器； 
速度控制，不采用滑线反馈信号。 
下列参数提供用来调整阀的动作：

滑线阀位极限 
阀门定位器TCU获得严密的过程控制，此外还使不必要的阀动作降为*小值。可编程为在丢失滑线反馈或阀故障检测情况下，提供一个报警输出或显示报警，可选辅助模拟量输入（0-20mA DC）可被组态作为一个远程设定信号或作为一个辅助过程信号。组态辅助模拟量输入作为一个远程设定信号允许比率控制，主设定点/多路随动操作，和级联TCU与其他控制器能力（外部级联），组态辅助输入。 
作为一个辅助过程信号允许在单机内以两个过程级联控制器方式工作在每一种控制方式中，参数被用来标定，组态，通讯和监视全部模拟量输入，平方标度线性化功能用来对流量变送器的信号进行线行化。 
可选RS485多站串行通讯口提供在TCU和其他兼容设备如一台打印机，可编程控制器，或一台主计算机之间两路通讯。多站应用中，每个单元可独立编址（0-99），在单根双股线上可安装32个单元，由串行通讯发射适当的命令码，设定值， %输出值，设定点斜升速率等，可被访问或改变，报警输出也可由串行通讯接口选择来复位。
