近日，上海振华重工（集团）股份有限公司委托西门子帮助其正在为希腊Toisa有限公司建造的*新潜水支持船配备完整的驱动与电力系统解决方案。该解决方案旨在提高船舶可靠性和机动性，同时可减少燃耗，从而降低总运营成本。该潜水支持船长约146米，其采用的西门子全集成驱动系统（IDS）符合DNV GL（挪威船级社）的国际认证标准。由六台Simotics电机和六台BlueDrive变频器等构成全集成驱动系统，输出功率高达3MW，其中每台设备都能应对温度、震动以及湿度等方面的恶劣应用条件。六台变频器中有两台拥有集成式双路馈电功能，以确保船舶在面临*特殊情况时可以通过两个独立开关屏持续供电实现全部的操作性。这种多功能饱和潜水支持船或海上施工船（DSV/OCV）主要适用于石油天然气行业的海上应用以及深海项目。Toisa的船舶将由总部设在英国法纳姆（Farnham）的跨国航运和支持服务公司海狮航运有限公司（Sealion Shipping）来管理。
为了确保其满足市场需求，潜水支持船将按照DNV GL发布的全新双重符号标准DYNPOS AUTRO（DP3）和DYNPOS ER（可靠性增强型）建造。该双重符号标准可为船主提供更大的灵活性和可靠性，实现更省油的应用配置，比如改进柴油发电机等旋转机组的运转。较之DYNPOS AUTRO符号等历史悠久的国际海事组织（IMO）设备级别DP3，DYNPOS ER标准实现了重要的跨越式发展。
该船所用的所有系统和组件均为西门子“Siship”解决方案平台的一部分。作为Siship低压驱动解决方案的一部分，其中的全集成驱动系统（IDS）由BlueDrive变频器和Simotics电机组成。IDS的典型特征在于组件之间的*佳交互，这不仅可缩短响应时间，还可提高驱动系统的灵活性、精准性和能效。在六套驱动系统中，三套属于全回转推进器，两套属于管道推进器，还有一套属于可伸缩式推进器。
六台BlueDrive变频器中有两台拥有创新的双路馈电功能，它可让两个独立运行的开关屏同时馈电。该双路馈电功能可确保主电源故障在几毫秒内被检测出；确保双路馈电的受影响侧在无需经历任何推进器转换过程的情况下被隔离开，从而避免大规模断电、断电蔓延或丧失*大驱动输出功率。该双路馈电功能还可在动力定位（DP）工作模式下使用，无论主电网是采取主母联开关闭环或开环运行模式。这项功能已在多艘船舶上得到成功验证，它可确保船舶在*棘手的情况下也能实现全部的操作性。
船舶的电能供应由集成的包含六台2.7MW发电机的Siship Power中压供电系统提供保障。两套6.6kV的NxAIR开关柜负责进行高效的配电。整个电力与驱动系统由驱动控制系统（DCS）、功率管理系统（PMS）、电站保护系统（PPP）和发电机功率匹配系统（GPA）等Siship跨组件控制和安全系统监控。除常规的运行控制和彼此之间的交互外，这些安全系统还负责检测和安全地解决关键运行状况。与此同时，它们还提供故障不间断运行（FRT）功能，即，模拟电源故障同时按照DNV GL的要求维持供电。
该项目是Toisa、海狮航运以及西门子之间多年成功合作的延续。西门子在早期设计和施工阶段即已参与到项目中，并将在船舶的整个生命周期中提供包括调试在内的全球性支持。
