机床进口比率中数控类占很大比例

      近几年贸易总额降至不足300亿美元。全球24个重要机床生产国机床生产发卖368亿美元，海内机床贸易额*高曾达每年400多亿美元。其中入口额为215亿美元，占销售总额的58.4%。而我国机床入口额不到世界入口额的1%，仅为我国机床销售额的10%，我国入口数控机床潜力还很大。原由有以下三个方面： 
　　 一是从近几年我国机床入口统计数据来看，与其他国度的入口率相比。艰深机床的入口量和入口平均单价呈逐年下降走势，而数控机床的入口量和入口平均单价则逐年上升。海内机床市场的消费支流是数控机床，如1998年世界机床进口额大中部分是数控机床，美国进口机床的数控化率达70%国为60%目前世界数控机床消费趋势已从初期以数控电加工机床、数控车床、数控铣床为主转向以加工中心、专用数控机床、成套设备为主，这正是我国机床行业的弱项。 
       连年来我国入口额增幅较大的数控机床罕见控车床、数控磨床、数控特种加工机床、数控剪板机、数控成形折弯机、数控压铸机等，据统计。艰深机床有钻床、锯床、插床、拉床、组合机床、液压压力机、木工机床等。其中数控机床入口额占金属加工机床入口额比重达到14.64%为历史*高程度。进口的数控机床品种以中低档为主，海内市场上大量消费的专用数控机床、成套装备我国则出口较少。 
　   以出口到香港地域、东南亚及东欧等市场为主。近几年我国机床入口多元化生长趋势较着，二是国机床入口以援外为主。开端向南美、中东、荷兰扩大，对英国、加拿大入口额也较前几年大幅度进步。美、欧、亚是今朝我国机床产品进口的重要市场，占我国入口份额按序为1/41/5和1/6。 
　　 三是近几年我国机床工具入口盘桓在5亿美元左右。随着东南亚经济复苏和我国入口多极化市场的形成和巩固，以及我国加入世贸构造，今后几年我国机床入口将实现平稳、持续增进。
