1—6月全国核电运行情况

2015年6月5日，阳江核电厂2号机组投入商业运行;2015年6月10日，宁德核电厂3号机组投入商业运行。至此，我国投入商业运行的核电机组共25台，总装机容量达到23570 MWe(额定装机容量)。
 
一、1-6月核电生产情况
 
1-6月全国累计发电量为27090.5亿千瓦时，核电累计发电量为753.57亿千瓦时，约占全国累计发电量的2.78%。与燃煤发电相比，核能发电相当于减少燃烧标准煤2397.12万吨，减少排放二氧化碳6280.44万吨，减少排放二氧化硫20.38万吨，减少排放氮氧化物17.74万吨。
 
其中，4-6月全国累计发电量为13987.8亿千瓦时，核电累计发电量为403.12亿千瓦时，约占全国4-6月累计发电量的2.88%。
  
 
今年1-6月核能发电量比2014年同期上升了34.38%。累计上网电量为706.14亿千瓦时，比2014年同期上升了33.92%。
 
说明：
 
1-6月，因为机组大修及应电网要求减载运行等原因，大亚湾核电厂1号机组、宁德核电厂2号机组、红沿河核电厂2号机组、阳江核电厂1号机组、秦山第三核电1号机组、岭澳核电厂3号机组、岭澳核电厂4号机组的核电设备平均利用小时数及核电设备平均利用率较低。
 
二、核电安全生产情况
 
1-6月，各运行核电厂严格控制机组的运行风险，继续保持安全、稳定运行，未发生国际核事件分级(INES)一级及一级以上的运行事件。各运行核电厂未发生较大及以上生产安全事故、环境污染事件，未发生火灾爆炸事故，未发生职业病危害事故。
 
三、放射性排出流和环境监测
 
按照国家环境保护法规和环境辐射监测标准，依据管理部门批准的排放限值，各运行核电厂对放射性排出流的排放进行了严格控制，对核电厂周围环境进行了有效监测。
 
1-6月环境监测结果表明，各运行核电厂放射性排出流的排放量均远低于国家标准限值。监测数据表明，所测出的环境空气吸收剂量率在当地本底辐射水平涨落范围之内。
 
四、二季度重要活动
 
4月15日，国务院总理李克强主持召开国务院常务会议，决定核准建设“华龙一号”三代核电技术示范机组。随后，华龙一号示范工程—福清核电5号机组于5月7号浇灌核岛厂房第一罐混凝土。
 
4月22日，中国核能电力股份有限公司(简称“中国核电”)在第十一届中国国际核电工业展览上发布了2014年社会责任报告，报告围绕“安全、环境、经济、人文”的核心责任议题介绍了中国核电2014年的相关工作。
 
5月29日，经国务院批准，国家核电技术有限公司(简称“国核技”)与中国电力投资集团公司重组成立国家电力投资集团公司(简称“国家电投”)，原国核技董事长、党组书记王炳华任国电投董事长、党组书记。
 
6月5日，中国广核集团阳江核电厂2号机组投入商业运行。
 
6月10日，中国广核集团宁德核电厂3号机组投入商业运行。
 
6月10日，中国核能电力股份有限公司在上海证券交易所正式挂牌上市交易。
 
6月15日，国务院总理李克强到中国核电工程有限公司考察并主持召开座谈会，详细了解我国第三代核电机组“华龙一号”的各项性能，并在会上表示将会支持核电“走出去”。
 
6月16日，中国核工业集团公司在福建省福清市召开了“华龙一号”技术推介会，向国际业界推介我国自主三代核电“华龙一号”技术。
 
6月17日，中国广核集团发布2014年社会责任报告(以下简称报告)。这是继2011年之后，中广核面向社会公开发布的第四份社会责任报告。
