胜利油田展示6项创新成果

7月14日上午，胜利油田召开2015年技能创新成果集成与优化项目交流展示会，6项创新成果进行了现场展示。
 
展示交流会上，钻井泵活塞取装器、新型立式抽油机位移装置、油水界面测量仪、电动机皮带轮拔出器、游梁式抽油机曲柄销子专用工具、游梁式抽油机曲柄平衡调整工具6项定型成果进行了展示交流。油田相关专家和领导组成的评审团队一致认为，集成与优化后的6项技能创新成果实用性强、技术含量高，具有推广和使用价值。
 
“大众创业，万众创新”已经成为油田的新常态。长期以来，胜利油田广大员工针对现场生产疑难问题创造出了许多简捷实用的“五小成果”。油田是没有围墙的工厂，受工作环境和条件等因素的影响，有的成果仅局限在本单位或是基层班组使用，有的成果多家单位交叉重复设计，浪费了人力、物力和财力。单位之间缺乏信息沟通，同样的成果设计标准和适用范围差异较大，不利于全面推广应用。
 
从2013年5月开始，胜利油田提出了技能创新成果集成与优化的新思路。油田技师协会协同相关业务部门与胜利职业学院孵化基地一道，优选了11个需要集成与优化的项目，涵盖了采油、集输、作业、钻井和电力等5个专业。目前，有6项成果已基本定型，剩余5项成果正在试验阶段。
