打击假冒伪劣产品是施耐德电气的重要战略之一。我们拥有专门的团队与各级**机关合作来执行这一战略。

如何避免假冒产品

消费者在打击假冒伪劣产品的斗争中，起着举足轻重的作用。你的积极配合可以帮助这个社会解决这个问题，如：

  • 避免购买无商标产品
  • 从授权分销商或授权门店处购买产品
  • 留意具有非正常商标的产品
  • 只购买具有原始包装的产品，提防包装标示模糊的产品
  • 购买经过认证的电气产品
  • 警惕价格“过于便宜”的产品
  • 警惕与施耐德电气类似的商号名称。一些公司或个人以“梅兰日兰”、“施耐德电气”或“奇胜”等全部或部分作为其自有商号名称。请参照施耐德电气关于企业名称近似问题的声明。

企业名称近似问题

近年来，我们发现，某些企业或个人以施耐德电气(中国)有限公司的注册商标“梅兰日兰”、“施耐德电气”或“奇胜”等全部或部分做为其商号名称，并注册为企业名称，如XX “梅兰日兰” 电气(电器)公司，XX “施耐德”电气(电器)公司或XX “奇胜”电气(电器)公司等。此类企业或个人主要以上述企业名称进行生产、销售和宣传其产品。针对此类“傍名牌”问题，施耐德电气特发布声明。
